“Life Health Balance” was born from real life—from everyday experiences that showed me what really works. Every tip, every piece of content was tested and experienced before being shared. "This doesn't mean I'm perfectly balanced 24/7, but rather that I refuse to continue dragging old chains." It's a project built in practice, for practice, because balance isn't theory—it's something you achieve day by day.
